Challenge: DuPont Pioneer wanted to communicate a new internal project where employees could bring ideas to the company in order to save money, time, resources, or somehow improve some aspect of the company with little to no resources.

Solution: The first 3 Key Visuals boiled down to 3 main ideas: Be the INNOVAtor / Be the Pioneer, Brainstorming our future, Make your own wheel. The client was extremely satisfied with the first idea “be the INNOVAtor” which was transformed into the overall campaign.

Be the innovator talks about the people who have created history at Pioneer. These people are the inspiration, they were pioneers in developing several different technologies throughout Pioneer’s history by changing little things, and thinking outside the box, so we leveraged Pioneer’s own history of great thinkers for current employees.
